Another First

On Friday Landon lost his first tooth! We noticed it was loose last weekend and I was a little worried because he just barely turned 5, but we were assured by a dentist we know that it is completely normal, especially given the fact that he was only 4 1/2 months old when he first got this tooth. He was at preschool when it finally came out and fortunately I was the helper mom that day so I was there to witness it. He was treated like a rockstar after that being the first in his class to experience such an event and they were all enthralled by the hole in his head. He thought the whole ordeal was pretty cool. Then the tooth fairy came and that made everything even cooler, because magically, while he slept in the night, she came, took the tooth from under his pillow and left behind 50 cents and stickers. All without waking him up!
