The things kids say...

We've had many a good laugh at our house about the things our kids have said but that's always at HOME in the privacy of our house. Once you send them out into the world to school or whatever, you just have to hope for the best. Landon brought home some school work on Friday and this little nugget was among his things....(I made those smudges because some things don't need to be on the internet!)

Ummmmm....okay. I've never seen him go without food for more than 2 HOURS!! I asked him about it and he said "don't you remember that time I was sick?" Really? You might have gone without hardly anything for 1 or 2 days at some point when you had the stomach flu but I'm pretty sure it was never 4 DAYS buddy. I'm wondering what on earth his teacher must be thinking of our family right about now. Oh my.
