Landon turned 7 last week! Where did those 7 years go? He had a wonderful birthday spread out over two days. On his actual birthday Mason and I went to wait for him at the bus stop with balloons. After dad got home we opened presents and he got to pick what we did for dinner (pizza, of course). We went out for ice cream and he spent the rest of the night buried in Lego fun.
Then on Saturday, against my better judgment, we had a party. I limited the number of kids he could invite though, it's just a little stressful to have too many 6 and 7 year old boys running wild at our house. He still had load of fun complete, with games, a pinata (which we didn't get any pics of!), cake and presents.
I must confess I'm pretty proud of that cake. It's the first one I've done for one of the kids that I wasn't pretty much completely disappointed in!
(Not sure why the first three pics posted all pixelated but I don't have time to try and fix it so they'll have to work!)

You should be proud of that cake! It's AMAZING. Can I hire you for our next birthday extravaganza? Way to go, Supermom!
And happy birthday to Landon! I still remember placing a sign on your front door when you brought him home from the hospital... Doesn't seem all that long ago. :)
