Metamorphosis

As we were out shopping with Mason's birthday money we came across a frog habitat complete with a certificate to order your very own tadpole to raise into a frog. I thought this was a great option to more toys, seeing as how Christmas was just a month earlier and the boys seemed excited about it. So our tadpole FINALLY arrived last week in his highly sophisticated packaging of a test tube in a padded envelope. The boys were jumping out of their skins with excitement.It is barely the size of a pencil eraser right now, so we'll see how big it gets. It's going to be fun watching it grow and change!

I'm hoping it survives but I figure if it can survive for days in that test tube being thrown around it should be able to survive just about anything.
